If a product is faulty or does not meet consumer guarantees, we will offer a replacement, or refund as required under New Zealand consumer law.

Shipping & Returns
We ship within New Zealand using reliable courier services.
Orders are typically dispatched the same day as purchase after payment confirmation.
If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 5 days of receiving your item so we can resolve the issue.
Due to the nature of personal care products, we do not accept returns for change of mind. This does not affect your rights under the Consumer Guarantees Act 1993.
